QM Series
AC-DC medical power supply unit
The highly efficient, modular QM series is available with quiet fans or for cooling by a system fan. The 5 models in the QM4, QM5, QM5H, QM7 and QM8 series provide up to 18 output voltages with output powers from 550W-2000W (up to 1200W with low input voltages from 90V). Complete isolation according to MOPP requirements, international safety certifications for medical (IEC/EN/UL 60601-1 to BF application) and industrial devices (IEC/EN/UL 60950-1 & IEC/EN/UL 62368-1) enable the QM series to be used in countless applications worldwide. The QM series can be used at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C (start at -40°C) and working heights up to 5000m. In addition to various analog control signals, a PMBus interface and up to two independent standby outputs are also available. The high efficiency of the QM power supply units of up to 91% ensures lower power loss and therefore less internal waste heat and a long life expectancy. This in turn enables the use of low-speed fans for significantly less noise disturbance for patients, users and operating personnel. The 7-year guarantee underlines the high quality of the QM series.
