50-1200W, 200-425Vdc DC-DC converter modules
The isolated DC-DC converters of the PH-A series are available with output powers of 50W, 75W, 100W, 150W, 300W, 600W and 1,200W and can be supplied with 200 to 425Vdc. The output voltages available are 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 28V, 36V and 48V. For non-standard output voltages, this can be adjusted between -60% and +20%. All models have a remote sense and remote on/off function and can be contact-cooled via a base plate or convection-cooled with optional heat sinks. The PH-A models have an efficiency of up to 94% and can be used at baseplate temperatures from -40 to +100 °C. Applications include customized power supplies, distributed power supply systems, semiconductor manufacturing, data communications, power distribution systems, industrial applications and renewable energy.
