ZBM20
12, 15, 24 V / 20 A buffer module
During normal operation, the energy is stored in the electrolytic capacitors of the ZBM20. If the AC power supply is interrupted for a short period of time, the ZBM20 continues to supply the load with power, enabling the devices to be switched off in a safe and controlled manner. The ZBM20-24 can be set to fixed or variable buffer mode. In fixed mode it supplies power when the input voltage drops to 22.4 V, in variable mode when the input voltage drops by 1 V. Multiple buffer modules can be connected in parallel for additional bridging time. The product status can be queried remotely via a DC-OK relay or opto-coupled signals. The output voltage can also be blocked to prevent unsafe discharging of the stored energy.
