Flexible and compact x86 CPU
The Vortex86EX is a compact ultra-low-power system-on-chip. It is a fully static 32-bit x86 processor that is compatible with DOS, Windows, Linux, QNX, VxWorks and other popular 32-bit operating systems. In its tiny 288-pin TFBGA package, it includes 16KB L1 cache, 128KB L2 cache, 2.5GHz PCIe bus, DDR3 RAM controller, ISA, I2C, SPI, IPC (Internal Peripheral Controller with DMA and interrupt timer / counter), Fast Ethernet, UART with FIFO, USB2.0 host and SD/SATA controller. The Vortex86EX is the ideal solution for embedded systems, as it combines flexibly configurable peripheral and I/O systems on a single chip.
