Three-phase AC capacitors
E62-3HF / E62-3PH
In AC filters, capacitors are exposed to considerable current and voltage loads. Optimized design minimizes the power loss and the resulting thermal load even in the kilohertz range.
The three-phase AC capacitors of the E62-3ph and E62-3HF series are characterized by their high AC voltage load capacity and surge voltage resistance. Thanks to their special design, they have particularly low series resistances and low self-inductance.
The three condenser elements are internally connected in a delta. The environmentally friendly filling with vegetable oil ensures optimized dissipation of heat loss and improved insulation. The very good self-healing capability and an overpressure interrupter ("BAM") integrated in the capacitors ensure reliable protection in the event of overload or a controlled failure at the end of the service life.
In the standard version, the capacitance tolerance is ± 5%. Tighter tolerances are possible on request.
Electronicon offers film capacitors "Made in Germany". From the coating of the film to the winding and manufacturing of the capacitors, the entire process takes place at the plant in Gera. Film capacitors offer various advantages in power electronics and are environmentally friendly in production.
