mSATA MO-300/MO-300B (UDinfo)
UDinfo mSATA bietet alle Vorteile der Flash-Disk-Technologie mit der Serial ATA I/II/III-Schnittstelle und ist vollständig konform mit dem Standard mSATA-Formfaktor, bekannt als JEDEC MO-300-Standard. Das Modul ist für den Betrieb bei einer maximalen Betriebsfrequenz von 300MHz mit einem externen Quarz von 40MHz ausgelegt. Seine Kapazität könnte einen weiten Bereich von bis zu 1 TB bieten. Darüber hinaus kann es bis zu 550 MB/s beim Lesen und 500 MB/s beim Schreiben erreichen, was eine hohe Leistung auf der Basis von Toshiba NAND-Flash ermöglicht. Mittlerweile ist der Stromverbrauch des mSATA-Moduls viel niedriger als bei herkömmlichen Festplatten.
