BL653 Series

Long Range Bluetooth for IoT

The BL653 modules and DVKs are based on Nordic's nRF52833 silicon and provide a secure, robust Bluetooth LE and Cortex-M4F CPU for any OEM's product design. The BL653 gives you maximum development flexibility with Nordic SDK or Zephyr RTOS programming options, a simple, intuitive AT instruction set, and Laird Connectivity's own smartBASIC environment.

The BL653 series offers all nRF52833 hardware features and capabilities, including USB access, up to +8 dBm transmit power at 5.5 V supply voltage, and NFC tag implementation (Type 2/4). Full regulatory certifications enable faster time to market and reduced development risk, completing Laird Connectivity's simplification of your next Bluetooth design.
