Galvanically isolated RS-422 interface
With the IL3522 transceiver device, NVE combines Isoloop technology for galvanic isolation with an RS-422 driver IC. The device offers a fail-safe function in case of an interrupted bus line by means of internal pull-up and pull-down resistors. The IL3522 is pin and function compatible with other RS-422 devices in the 0.30"-16-pin SOIC package.
Under the brand name IsoLoop, NVE has developed several series of couplers and transceivers for high-speed data transmission on a magnetic basis.
