IL01x series

Particularly economical data couplers

Thanks to TMR technology, the IL01x series isolators require only 0.3 mA no-load current per channel and still achieve data rates of 10 Mbps.

The low quiescent current makes the isolators particularly interesting for interface converters that are powered by loop currents or Power over Ethernet, operate in battery mode or are particularly dense or equipped with temperature-sensitive components so that self-heating must be kept low.
