DC/DC converters for IGBT driver circuits
Thanks to the low coupling capacitance between the input and output side, these DC/DC converters are suitable for IGBT and MOSFET drives with fast, steep edges on the high side. They supply suitable gate voltages of around +15 and -8 volts, but are also interesting for other applications in which supply voltages with steep transients and high clock frequencies need to be electrically isolated.
